CLIENT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a session with Nue Orleans Boudoir LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all boudoir photography sessions. These terms are established to protect both the Client and the Studio and ensure clarity in all aspects of our services.

1. NATURE OF THE SESSION

• Boudoir photography is an artistic genre that may include images of a sensual or intimate nature, including but not limited to implied nudity or actual nudity, as well as sexually suggestive poses.
• It is the Client’s express decision to participate in the boudoir session. The Studio will not use or share any images from the session without the Client’s prior written consent.
• The Studio is not responsible for any distribution of session images by the Client. By booking, the Client agrees to hold the Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or actions resulting from the publication of such images, including any content-related disputes.

2. CONSENT FOR POSING AND SESSION ATMOSPHERE

• The Client acknowledges and understands that boudoir sessions may involve sexually suggestive or explicit poses and that the photographer may use explicit terminology to direct poses and achieve artistic results.
• By booking, the Client waives any claims of sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct in relation to the artistic direction provided during the session.

3. RETAINER FEE, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUND POLICY

• A $495 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date. This fee ensures your exclusive booking and is applied toward your total session cost.
• One complimentary reschedule is allowed, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to the session date.
• If rescheduling is requested less than 14 days prior to the session, the Client forfeits the retainer fee and must pay a new retainer fee to secure a new date.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

4. ATTRIBUTION AND ALTERATION OF IMAGES

• The Client agrees to credit Nue Orleans Boudoir LLC when sharing images on social media or other platforms and to refrain from altering the images in any way, including applying filters or making edits.

5. CLIENT CONDUCT

• The Client agrees to conduct themselves professionally and courteously throughout the session.
• Any offensive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.

6. AGE VERIFICATION

• By booking, the Client certifies that they are at least 18 years of age.

7. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By proceeding with a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions. Booking a session constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
